Hi All,

I am not able to stop "Telephony" service in windows 2K.
It gives an error service did not respond in a timely
fashion.I tried stopping "Remote access connection manager"
seperatly.But it gives an error "Internal windows" or
"internal service " error.To deploy my application it
requires me to stop and restart telephony service.I 've
this problem in many systems.Please advice ...........

If you are using service manager to shut down these
services, you may wanna try setting them from Automatic
start up to Manual. Then restart the computer.
