I'm new to computers and my wife moved the tool bar to the right hand side of screen and the icons are very large. How do I return it to the bottom of the page and each to a smaller size?

Left click in the menu area and hold the button down. Now drag the menu
bar to whatever side of the screen you prefer.

Maybe, right click in the menu bar and then left click on the Properties
option in the menu that drops down. I haven't tried changing the icon
sizes and don't plan on fooling around with it either. When things are
working well, don't fool with it!
