Hi,
I have a windows 2000 server with SP4 installed. I am
unable to open any of the event viewer entries
entires , services etc. When I reboot the server, I am
able to access everything. But after I close out of the
application and launch them again, I am not able to open
anything This does not happen with any other servers.

Any suggestions?
