Most recently while I was in Device Manager under Windows
2000 Pro, I noticed that under Universal Serial Bus
Controllers there was an exclamation point nest to USB
Device, under the properties of this device it states that
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28),
altough even after repeated attempts to reinstall the
driver, I continually get the following error message when
the Hardware Wizard is attempting to complete the
installation: "An error occurred during the installation
of the device. Th installation failed because a function
driver was not specified for this device instance."

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly
appreciated!
