- WFP (SFC) keeps detecting a bad signature in msdxm.ocx

It seems that whenever I get around to running SFC, it complains about
MSDXM.OCX having a bad signature and restores it from CD not once but
twice - first with v6.4.9.1128 and then again with v6.4.9.1125.
How/where can I get MSDXM.OCX patched up to something that SFC is willing to
accept?
