- Win2K does not see all memory in Dell PowerEdge 6600

I have a Dell PowerEdge 6600 with 4gb of memory in it. Windows 2000
Server is installed, but it only sees 3.5gb. I checked the BIOS and it
sees all 4gb. Does anyone have any idea why this would occur? Thanks.
