- Win98 to 2k Pro upgrade tool

Is there a tool of some sort I can d/l that I can run on a Win98 computer that will give me compatability information/Issues BEFORE I decided to upgrade (or full install) of Win2k Pro? If so, where can I get such tool (or if it's on the Win2k cd, where's it hiding?)

With the Win 2k CD in your CD drive, run d:\winnt32.exe /checkupgradeonly
Where D = your CD drive.
