- Windows 2000 server some service can't stop.

I found GSNW has service status "STOPPING". I try to stop
it but can't. How should I do to stop it? My Windows 2000
server has two service that service status "STOPPING", the
services are Utility Manager and Netmeeting Remote Desktop
Sharing. I try to uninstall Veritas BackupExec but can't
(uninstall running longtime until I need to end task it).
Could you please to advice me to fix this problem?
My server enviroment is W2K server + SP3 and SQL2000 + SP2.
