- AD with nt4 bdc on different network

Upgraded nt4 domain to AD. The AD controller is on
192.168.1.0 network the NT4 BDC is on 192.168.2.0 network.
Opening server manager on NT4 Bdc says the PDC could not
be found. The AD controller can see the NT 4 bdc but the
icon is gray. However double-clicking on it brings up the
properties. Any ideas?

can you ping each other from each other?=)
