- ADAM for LDAP Proxy ?
- Posted by Kimono on February 5th, 2004
What we'd like to do is run a cut-down LDAP service on our exchange
front-end servers, so we can also point any IMAP clients to that LDAP server
for Address Book functionality.
Would ADAM be suitable for this ? Could LDAP requests through ADAM be
relayed straight to the global catalog ?
Thanks.

No, ADAM does not do LDAP proxy. If you'd sync your AD data into ADAM
(using, say, MIIS), then you could use it this way.
