- ADAM on local machine
- Posted by Uwe Kühne on February 2nd, 2004
HI Ng,
I'm currently doing some VB-Programming with ADAM on my Laptop.
I tried to Access the currently logged on user with the ADSystemInfo-Objekt.
Is there a possibility to get Information about the currentuser that is
logged on on the PC if ADAM doesn't support this?
I need the ADsPath or the GUID of the User.
I know how to read all the users on my laptop, but I do not know how to
obtain the specific logged on user...?
I had no success with the ADSystemInfo. Is there anyone who can tell me why?
This is, what I wrote in another Newsgroup, where I was told to post it
here:

Thank you very much for your help, I need this for my studies.
Greetings from Germany,
uwe

I answered on the ADSI newsgroup. ADAM in not AD, ADSystemInfo can not use
it.
