Adding domain users to local group
Posted by Mervin Williams on February 24th, 2004

I have just set up two laptop computers with Windows XP Pro. They are
connected to my Active Directory domain.

Now, I am unable to add domain users to my local Admin group. In the
Computer Management-->Local Users-->Groups dialog, I am unable to access the
domain in the Locations dialog.

Please help!

Under your TCP/IP settings.. the "Preferred DNS server"...point the DNS to
your DC..
