Adprep won't run /domainprep

Adprep won't run /domainprep: Posted by Akuinnen on January 2nd, 2004; Hi,

I'm trying to prep a win2k domain so I can add a W2k3 domain
controller. Forestprep was already run without any errors. Domainprep
tells me to run Forestprep. Running Forestprep again does nothing. I
only have one DC at the moment.

Any ideas on why?

I had the same problem.
I think it was caused by a "single-label" domain name.
I just killed the domain and created a new one with . in the name.
