Hi Gulab,

I assume the cert you are trying to use is an SSL cert that resides in the
machine cert store?
If that is in the case, those cert's are located here: C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys\
In there you should be able to ACL the cert's such that the ADAM service
account has read (only read is required).
