- Cannot make password changes

When trying to change a user password I am getting the
message "User cannot complete the password change for
(user name)because. The specified procedure could not be
found.) The diaglog box title is ACTIVE DIRECTAORY.

Hi Guy,
Were these user accounts migrated from a Novell NetWare environment? If
they were, and there are no NetWare servers are available, try clearing the
"userParameters" property on the Active Directory user account with
adsiedit.msc.
