How change creat time of AD? The attribute "creatTimeStamp" is read-only in ADSIEdit.

Short answer: You can't set createTimeStamp
createTimeStamp is an operational attribute - the value is generated on
request by the directory and not actually stored.
In any event, why do you need to change createTimeStamp? Maybe there is
another solution to your problem that we can come up with.

AD was standing in 2009 year. After configuring NetTime, replication cant be perfomed. EventLog has error 11166

Manually make sure the clocks are within 5 minutes of each other on all
domain controllers.
