- Constant account lock out.

I have abou five users with admin right to the active directory servers and the problem is that two of them get their accounts lock out about five times a day. How do I resolve this?

They probably have some scheduled task, service, drivemapping, running
process etc setup on some computer with their old password.
If you have enabled auditing you should find an event in the securitylog on
the computer that is using the account with the wrong password.
