Q827531 is a pre-sp5 hotfix. If you think this hotfix will resolve your
issue, then you need to call into Microsoft technical support and open a
support incident. Normally, there would be a charge associated with opening
a support incident, but if you just want a hotfix, they will open a grace
case for you and send you the hotfix. It it does not resolve the issue,
then you will need to open a paid incident for troubleshooting purposes.

Also, the KB 828297 hotfix contains newer binaries of lsass.exe than 827531,
so if you're going to call in for download information for the hotfix, you
might as well ask for the later one.
