Delegation Rights

Can someone explain to me how in 2003 AD I can edit a
Delegation that is already in place. Is there a tool
that can inform me who is a delegate (user or group) and
allow me to edit \delete etc...

What Delegate of Control Wizard actually do is to modify the ACL for the
particular object. If you have delegate control of an Organization Unit for
example you can right click the particular OU and click Properties then
click the Security Tab to customize security, You should here see the Users
or Group you have delegate a right to and can remove it.

Note of the Security tab doesn't appear , Click View menu and Click View
Advanced Features.
