Yes. Although you don't need to bind if you want to be anonymous. Just
connect.
You are probably asking whether ADAM supports anonymous users connecting and
reading info. This is too supported. You have to set the 7th char of
dsHeuristics to 2 and assign appropriate permissions. There's info on that
in ADAM.chm.
