I have the problem referenced in "293766-Trusted Sites Settings of
Internet Explorer Security Zones and Content Ratings GPO Settings May
Not Apply on the Client"

Except all of our DC's were upgraded to 2003 a few weeks ago and
before that they were at 2000 SP4. Has anyone seen this behavior and
more importantly found a solution?? I've verified the change shows on
all 6 DC's via GPMC and also shows in an advanced RSOP (but oddly
enough does not show in the HTML report). I've set Internet Explorer
Maintanence to apply regardless of change. Is it possible that this
fix was not effective in SP3?? Please help as I've been trying to add
to sites to our existing trusted sites list for weeks and it still
won't take effect. Thanks. DB.
