- help with a migration of user password from to domain to 2003 domain

I'm creating a new Windows 2003 domain in native mode and
want to migrate my user On (Nt domain) password over with
ADMT.exe key
1 created trust relationship between both domain and
verified
2 installed ADMT Ver2 on 2003 server
problems begin here
on the 2003 cmd line ran
ran ADMT.exe key [Servername} a:
key was created
ran \i386\ADMT\pwdmig.exe
at this point I should have got a reply asking for the
disk
can any one help
what am I doing wrong
