- moving from nt4/2000 domain to 2003 domain

1) get rid of nt4 dcs(Only necessary if you are going to Native Mode)
2) raise function level to native
3)run adprep on the 2k dc
4) install a fresh copy of 2003 on a new server and make it a dc
5) format the old 2k dc, and repeat step 4. It would be better to Dcpromo
the w2k DC down to a member server so that all the info is removed from AD
