Anyone knows how I could hide an OU that I only want a
special group to see? I other words I don't want everyone
logging on to see this only the group that will be
delegated admin permission on the OU show be able to
browse it

Hi there , first make sure you view Advanced Features in AD Users and
Computer. Click View and Click Advanced Features.

Right Click the particular OU. Click Properties, Click the Security Tab,
Remove Authenticated Users group,

Use Delegate Control Wizard to delegate control to the particular group.
