Note! if you change the password length in a group policy. You change the
local computer password policy, NOT the domain, Use Domain Security Policy
for configure domain password policy.

Then reboot the client and log into the network I noted that the policy has
been pushed to the client, but when I try and change the password at the
client, I get a dialog box that says "Your password must be at least 7
characters and can't be a repeat." Where is this coming from?
