Thank you for the output.. Server1's repadmin output looks suspicious.
Could run "dcdiag.exe" on the machine and reply back?

Server1 is thinking it has 0 inbound neighbors (this is always a bad thing)
and the 2 outbound connections have not status.

I'll tell you that replication from ServerGC to Server1 seems to be
successful, but then I cannot see AD changes on Server1.
