I created roaming profiles for 175 users whom are placed in an organisational unit(Technical Suppot Operators
The folder profiles where the user profiles are stored have the permissions everyone with all boxes ticked.
However I can login the users with out a problem. However when I attempt to adminster the profiles accounts from my domain controller when loged on as administrator I recive the message acess denied. This happens when I try to explore the users profiles in the shares
I was recommended to define a Group Policy using the Group Policy Mangements Snap in to resolve the issue of administrators being unable to acess these profiles on the domain controller when logged in as a administrator
I performed the following Group Policy: Add the Administrators security group to roaming profiles to try and resolove the issue. However I still cannont acess the profile folder using the adminstrators account
I also consulted the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 222043 however this did not resolve the problem
If anyone knows how to correct this issue on under a windows 2003 server enviroment. Please send us detailed instructions.
Many Thanks
