Sometimes, opening a file from a workstation in a shared
directory on the DC takes very long to open. The
workstation actually seemes to "freeze" for a few seconds
or up to a quarter of an hour. This happens every a few
files, that is, the first ones open normally and then
happens this.
During this waiting time, the workstation can't browse the
server any more, and this can be quite annoying, since
many users need to share files in the public directory.
Does anyone know what this is about?
