- Windows 2000 Server cannot find domain
- Posted by David on March 2nd, 2004
Receive error code 1355 0x54b ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAIN
DNS is up and running. Can resolve internal and external
IP's and Hostnames.
Cannot add anything to the domain because it says that the
GC cannot be found.
I have scoured MS sites, run all diags, ensured all checks
were placed correctly. Still have problem. Any
suggestions.

Can you resolve the internal AD domain name by FQDN, and are the DNS set to
the particular Domain Controller running AD integrated dns zone.
