- Windows 2003/NT Trust "disappears"
- Posted by M. Ortega on December 16th, 2003
I have a Windows NT domain and a Windows 2003 domain on 2
different physical sites with one Win 2K3 DC on the NT4
site. The NT 4 domain has a proxy server that the Windows
2003 domain users need to access. The problem becomes
that after a while with a established trust working
between domain; the trust seems to "disappear" and the Win
2K3 users are unable to access the NT4 domain. Re-
creating the trust is difficult and may/may-not work.
Connectivity is fine between sites since I am able to both
browse and ping between the two domains. Any suggestions
or can someone point me to the right direction?
