Windows Updates to computers in the computers OU.

In conjunction with SUS (Software Update Service), which is an free download
from www.microsoft.com/sus you can do this. You basicaly use SUS to retrive
updates from MS servers and then define your SUS server as WU server for
your clients (trough GPO settings). Read SUS documentation for further
information.

He should note that SUS will only handle critical updates. It won't handle
recommended updates until 2.0 comes out later this year.....
