- Needed: VNC server/viewer for Windows 3.1
- Posted by Wishmaster on July 22nd, 2005
Hello,
I'm looking for the VNC tools (remote control, server/viewer) for Windows
3.1.
Anybody knows if they exist?
I know VNC Viewer has a Java version that can be run within a browser, but
it's slow on the machine I am using (200MHz Pentium with 32MB RAM)...
Thanks!

Hi,
There is a lot of discussion on the VNC forums regarding this. There
has not yet been a port to Windows 3.x. There is however a DOS version
of VNC (maybe only the viewer? requiring NIC packet drivers etc) but as
Windows 3.x sits on top of DOS that might be a good start??
