FrontPage version for Win95b

FrontPage version for Win95b: Posted by Frank W. Uebersax on February 5th, 2004; What is the latest or most advanced version of FrontPage that will operate
correctly on my Win 95b PC with 64MB RAM and 200 MMX processor? I do not
want to go to Win 98 if at all possible since my motherboard is optimized
for Win 95. I would like to build a web site the best way with what I have.
