Click on Start, then go into Settings, then Control Panel. Double click on the Display
icon. Is there a tab in the box that opens for color? That's where you would be able to
change the color properties.

Right click an empty spot on the desktop.
Click Properties
Click settings
Is there a color setting now?
High color or True color etc.
