I have IE 5 on my Win 95 system - when I try to download
the higher encryption upgrade for that, I get an error
saying that IE 5 must be on the system, install
terminated. Well, it is - any ideas????

Move or copy the "ie5dom.exe" file to the Windows folder, then click
"Start", "Run", type or paste the following into the "Open" box and
click "OK".

ie5dom.exe /n:v
