IE & OE version for Win95
Posted by granjan on August 20th, 2006

What is the latest version of IE & OE that can be run on Windows 95? Where
can it be downloaded?
My brother is running IE5.0 now, but he has an old version of Office
including Outlook which I can't seem to get working correctly. If he
downloads an updated version of IE and installs OE also, will this work on a
computer that already has Outlook on it?

Thanks,
Granjan

Windows 95 can run Internet Explorer 5.5. I'm not sure how Outlook
will be affected.

You can use up to IE5.5 SP2

Old IE versions.

For IE5.5 SP2, you can get a CD here for $3.29

I don't see any problems installing OE on a machine with Outlook.
