IPCONFIG

or

ARP -A

Thanks, already tried that...
IPConfig.exe and WinIPCFG.exe will only run within a DOS window while 98 or
2k is running in the background. It will not run if you boot to a Windows
98 boot disk and execute it there. Says "This application cannot be run in
Dos Mode"

What I need is to be able to Boot to a windows 98 boot disk, a 1.44 floppy
(without CD-Rom Support) from A: Drive. At the A: prompt type the xxxxxx.exe
that would search for a NIC card and Return the MAC address. Systems may or
May not have a Hard disk installed. Windows (all ver) may not be installed.
NIC cards may be PCI based, ISA based, or Built-in. When I tried to do this
with both IPCONFIG.exe and WinIPCFG.exe both applications returned the same
error. NIC's in all these systems are also from different manufacturers.
There is no other drivers (NIC wise) installed or running.

I had hope that a older DOS based application could do this...

Hi,

You can try Aida :
http://www.aida32.hu/download/aida16en_210.zip

It fits to a single floppy and hopefully will find the info you want.
