- missing file
- Posted by glenn on February 17th, 2006
everytime I try to open virtually anything windows related such as add
remove programs display settings system or anything of that sort I receive
the error message that says"cannot find the file C:\Windows\run32dll.exe'
(or one of its components) make sure the path and filename are correct and
that all required libraries are available" I assume that this means that
the dll is missing but what I am wondering is where can I download it and
where do I install it to.

that sucks as this thing does not have enough ram to support any kind of
antivirus software and noy really enough cpu speed either.I guess that I
will have to get a win 95 disk and reformat and clean install boo hoo.

If you mean "RUNDLL32.EXE", extract a fresh copy from your Windows
95 CD.
