I am currently working for Nextel Tech Support. One of
the problems that we currently see is no comports when
trying to install a modem, when our customers are using
their phones as a modem. We know that the comports are
there and the device is working properly, but the option
is not there to select a comport during our installation
process. We have an intermidiate to advanced level of
troubleshooting, and would like some basic steps to clear
up this issue when trying to instal our modems. Can you
