HELP! I am trying to install Norton System Works 2004.
Using Windows 98. Plenty of hard disk space. During one
of my attempts to install it removed NSW2003 so that is
gone. When trying to install with everything shut down, I
keep getting an error "NSW2004 installation failed. The
feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM disk that is
not available. Insert the 'MSRedist' and click OK".

I was able to contact Norton Tech Help and the refered me
to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 324638. Followed the
instructions and still get the error message when the
install gets to Norton Utilities Desktop Shortcut. I have
to cancel the loading of NSW2004.

Have downloaded the Window Installer Redistributable for
Windows 95, 98 and ME Release ID 32831. Still get the
error with this downloaded and installed.

Have been fighting with this for over a week. Is anybody
else experiencing this problem??
