My aim is to run Windows 95 without monitor, keyboard and mouse then can it
automatically run my software, which is in start up.
if it is possible?
then please, tell me how to configure Windows 95 and also how to remove user
name and password, which is poped up when windows is booting.

Those are bios settings. It will be something like "never halt on error"
Start, Settings, Control Panel, Network: on the lower part of the page
change the login to Windows Login. Restart, if a login window comes up
change the name and leave the password blank. Confirm the blank password
and you will not have to login again.
