During start up, just when My Desk Top Icons start to
appear, I get the message " a 32 bit device driver has
corrupted critical system memory resulting in a fatal
exception OE at oo28:co231923 in VxD VMM (od) this was
called from 0028:c1091696 in VxD VTDI9 (01). The first time
it occured I was running media play and real player at the
same time. It locked up and I haven't been able to start it
since. It will start in safe mode however and I've try
reloading Windows to no avail. HELP! How can I resovle this
problem? Thank you

Please check the contents in DETLOG.TXT and BOOTLOG.TXT file. Do they give you any hint of the problem?
