Uninstalling Windows 95

I am trying to uninstal windows 95 from a computer. i dont have the cd-rom,
therefor I can't use the control apnels add/remove tool. Any suggestions?

Note that before CD writers were popular it was common for Windows to be
pre-installed on a computer with the ability to make ONE set of
installation floppies.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? You don't need the CD to uninstall
Windows, but without it you may not be able to re-install Windows. If you
don't want to re-install Windows then you are probably trying to create a
clean hard disk drive, and there are better ways to do that than to
uninstall Windows.
