- Upgrading

I have plain old Win95. SBC/YAHOO requires Win95B min.
req. Can't find reference to "95B". What are my upgrade
options? Would it be simpler to just go to Win98? Any
help appreciated. PS: Not a computer whizz.

Win95B is OSR2, a later version of Win95.
It would be much better to go to Win98.

You can use plain Win95 (no a,b,c versions) with SBC/Yahoo.
Just set up a DUN connectoid for the local access number.
I just did this on an older Compaq and its fine.
The SBC/Yahoo CD is just for their software package, (bells and whistles) but you can set it up manually like I mentioned.

Not if the OP is using a DSL connection... The "Enternet 300"
software for PPoE won't work. The OP either needs a newer
version of Windows or a PPoE capable router.
