thanks all who helpedsolve the IOS problem
Now however I have the above...I can get into safe mode
though
I have tried disabling the network card (I am assuming
NDIS is network related) but still cannot boot into
windows.
Anyone know of any fixes
My machine again is 2.66 Ghz transferring hard drive from
150Mhz to this new one

Although the issue occurs in Win95 and Win98, the update mentioned is only available for Win98. Since Win95 is no longer supported by MS, they did not make an update for it.
Paul, you can try using the update from the alternate location - http://www.sjordan.com/ndis_fix.zip -
but it may not install on Win95.
The exe file can be opened with WinZip and the file can be extracted manually, however I can't say how it will interact on Win95.
