What is the diffence between Windows95 and Windows2000?

A HUGE difference. Win2000 is built on the WinNT core (it's actually a
later version of NT 4.0). Therefore, it's an entirely 32-bit system,
it's much more stable than Win95, it does not have the "System
Resources" problems that the Win9x systems do. It can use the NTFS
file system, which allows for much bigger partitions and disks than
Win95 can handle (even Win95b using FAT32), and is inherently much
more secure.
