I'm glad to assist you Carla. Hope I can clear things up
with your Windows 95 :-).
Indeed its a crash. There are three major factors (That
I can think of) and possibilities that can cause this
Cala. The one major things that Windows 95 users will
face is compatibility issues with newer software. Sadly
Windows 95 has no support due to the age, so software
manufactures will not have any support with their
products in Windows 95. If you did not do so, you should
receive all the critical updates needed for Windows 95
which might resolve this issue.
Major Critical updates: Windows service pack 1, Direct X
runtime 8.0b, winstock 2.0 update, Dun 1.4 update,
Internet Explore 5.5, Windows 95 y2k update.

Another problem is the slowness of the computer and
Windows 95 did not acquire enough resources when loading
this program. When you run a lot of programs at once
your computer will eat up a lot of ram (Random Access
Memory). To improve performance of your computer you
should go to your local computer store with the name and
model of your computer. They will gladly help you out
with upgrading your ram.
Finally, if this program you are running is old it may of
lost some files, or when you've installed it the program
did not install all the files. You should take the time
to uninstall this program and install it for the second
time. This may also fix the problem.
Hope this information was valuable to you Caral. If you
have any further questions you can email me or post a
reply to this message :-).
