- Windows Explorer Copy/Paste does not work

I am using a windows 95 version with the ie upgraded to 5.5 SP1.
I have a problem with windows explorer, the paste function with the mouse,
menu bar and keyboard does not work. But this works on safe mode? Would
appreciate if anyone can help..
