How do I fix a problem trying to update w95 critical security patch
for IE 5.5 SP2 updates??? Trying to apply update of 11/19/99 for w95?
MS update finds the update ok, but can not install it, is there a fix
for this problem?

It has been several years since this issue was current, but as I
recall, the solution was to initiate the update program from the
Start/Run box. Go to Start/Run and browse to the update.
