- Wrong langauge

Somebody has played about with my Windows 95 system and
somehow changed the menu langauge to French! I have tried
changing it via the Regional Settings but this doesn't
seem to work. I have also checked
the 'ResourceLocale'default and this is set to "00000409"
any other ideas?

I am having the same problem... only the language setting
on my Windows 95 PC is Japanese. How do I reset it to US-
English? I too have tried the control panel Regional
Settings, but that didn't fix the problem.

try control panel>add/remove programs>windows settings>multilanguage support
I guessing (just because I havn't tried it) that if you remove this it
should revert back to default (at install time)
